Proofs of God:
Logically there must be a single uncreated Necessary Being Causer (NBC) in order for the universe to logically exist.
Or else it wouldn't be possible for us to logically exist right now.
God fits the description of this NBC.

Proofs of Miracles:
Objects have no inherent properties; Occasionalism (similar to quantum mechanics)
What we call "scientific laws" are just God's normal conduct, he however does not always have to follow this conduct or is limited by it.

Proofs of Prophethood:
If a prophet preformed a miracle, then logically only God could have willed him to do so, thus he is the messenger of God.
If many people witness it, and it was accurately historically recorded, then it did indeed happen.

That's it. Simple proofs of Islam.
It's also why the only real ongoing academic criticism of Islam (i.e by people w/ actual PhDs) is on the accuracy of the Hadith. But the Hadith is where we get all our knowledge of early Islamic history. But that's another topic.
