Boiled basti ka alu with timmur (am i spelling it right? It's a kind of pepper, much like the Sichuan pepper I believe), garlic, tomato, onion chutney.
Sheep meat is 700-750 rupees per kilo. So villagers rear sheep. This is cornmeal being prepared for the sheep. Also contains potato peels, cauliflower stems, pretty much everything that doesn't get used in the kitchen.
