The best part about this whole quarantine is that my internet keeps going in and out and Xfinity doesn't seem to want to actually do anything to fix it.
We've gone through like 3 modems that were supposed to "fix" the issue. Every time we call about it they say that they see no disconnections however I have recorded times and images of their own app saying that the gateway is offline or unreachable.
It happens like everyday sometimes multiple times a day and it's so so so so very annoying.
Worst part is, this has been going on since we started living in this apartment 2 years ago
