Neera Tanden wants to auto-enroll every child who is born in the United States into government health insurance. Just FYI.

That would mean universal coverage. Auto-enrollment. You'd have to opt out. Employer based insurance would find its place over time, after every single American--including all the babies--were auto-enrolled in a government plan. Sounds pretty good!
