I feel like the worst person but no I’m not only deeply moved by that front page . I’m enraged and annoyed and INFURIATED. Those names are mostly Latinx, Black , Indigenous ans Poor . And folks are still staying Trump. He didn’t do that alone

It takes a system , and collaborators and a willful forgetting and wealth gaps, and crushing ego and unkindness NOT JUST FROM HIM.

It takes years of hollowing out a system , months of down playing racism , teh kind of professional and universal “above it all ness “ that helps build that list

That’s not the list that also includes the immigrants and senior citizens . It’s not teh list that includes teh I’ve policing or the deaths from stress.

It doesn’t include the domino effect deaths, the broken hearts of passed parents

It doesn’t include the shot Black people , and abused workers . It doesn’t include the Asian people who are assaulted.

And we can take every shot at that man or teh next one , the butcher , the baker and TOM GOD DAMN THUMB

But Trump didn’t do that by himself , he’s not doing it by himself and focusing on him has yet to help.

And everybody how many people are taking up so much space to be shocked instead of helping or supporting those who aren’t
