So on 6th this month, I purchased Airtel airtime using mpesa paybill 439999. Screenshot attached @AIRTEL_KE Check dates.

I then bought 20 gb monthly combo with 1200 minutes and 10000 sms. Check date on screenshot @AIRTEL_KE
Yesterday before I slept I had 11 GB remaining that should expire in 5th. Check date on screenshot @AIRTEL_KE
Yesterday my minutes depleted for no reason and my 10000 sms wewe 199 and FYI I rarely text so I can write 9000 plus texts. @AIRTEL_KE
Is it hard for @AIRTEL_KE to check their systems and verify this information I have even spoon-fed them with???? Stop luring your customers with affordable data only to take it again.
