@AmazonHelp hey question my wife tried to renew her prime last week and your payment systems didn& #39;t take the money right away. (This isnt the only time we& #39;ve experienced this and not just only for Prime renewal) Why does this happen? Explain please.

Also, its not because the card was declined or anything. Its just the payment just doesn& #39;t process, and sometimes not for several days! There seems to be a major issue with that system where it can be delayed that long!

So it ends up that we sit at home almost afraid to spend any money at all until the payment is taken so we can make sure the appropriate funds are in place for the order. It just baffles me that a big company like you would have issues with a payment system delaying processing.

I however do not expect immediate response to this thread as it is currently 12:04 EST and I do believe on, this the American Twitter, you are American based support. Making it quite late for any support agent to be working and checking Twitter. Anyways hope to hear from u soon!
