Hi @EE I made a formal complaint against your failure of service for nearly a 24 hour period and yet again it is down. I have not been sent a response to this complaint and don't want to have to go through this again so please fix it. I can't even call 999 if I needed to.
@EE unable to use my phone, people can't call me, can't call emergency services, putting lives at risk again #EEfailure
@EE I requested to be able to cancel my contract without charge, I wish to do this as once again you have proven you are a liability.
@BTGroup still no signal, this happened a month ago during lockdown and which left people unable to call emergency services and puts lives at risk, you either fix it or cancel my contact today without charge.
@BTGroup if @EE is not a safe telecoms provider we should not have to stay with them on contract.

@giffgaff are you able to take customers without a pac number as @EE aren't responding and due to the ongoing issues with their signal it isn't possible to call them or even emergency services and why I want to change because they are a liability.
I guess if I get coronavirus, attacked, or my house burns down I'll just tweet and hope the emergency services deal with it @EE @BTGroup 🤷‍♀️
Also, what are @EE Providing for ÂŁ58 a month which @giffgaff are providing for ÂŁ10 a month, it's just disgusting greed. @BTGroup
