how y’all bashing the the upset customers who placed orders from moonxcosmetics and received nothing but TRASH customer service!

there were plenty of young black queens (MYSELF INCLUDED) who were elated about placing an order with the company . girls waited up all day and night for that restock to drop ... yes we agreed to certain terms and conditions but that still doesn’t mean u don’t accommodate

to customers who are concerned/curious about the status on their processing. i placed an order on April 30th it’s may 23rd . exactly 17 day’s ago and still got no processing update . i expresses my genuine disappointment like PLENTY of other people on this app.

i expressed that i understood that there are shipping issues with USPS but maybe people would be more understanding if she handled it better with her customer service . she then proceeded to @ me on twitter asking me how could i be “complaining” about a shipping time that
