Do u remember when he got pulled over at the end for speeding?????

How did he move fast enough to brake??? Did they think he was evading arrest? What if something pulled out in front of him?? Did he just hit it and stop 15 miles later?

Alternatively, Zootopia is a developed city with specialized resources for each kind of animal kingdom, so like, was he driving a Sloth Car???? How does a sloth car work? Is it driven by subtle reaction??
