i've noticed that some people mask their homophobia by always only ever mentioning white gays when something associated with gayness is deemed undesirable or repulsive to them.
not saying that white gays are innocent in their behavior, i'm just saying it's... telling.

there *are* some things that are legitimately exclusively tied to white gays, but it's not as prominent or widespread as one would think when you look at how often that kind of implicitly homophobic language is used.
there's nothing specifically "white gay" about being promiscuous or sexual, nothing specifically "white gay" for being flamboyant, nothing specifically "white gay" about kinks or "sexual deviancy," nothing specifically "white gay" about certain art styles or mediums.
and this stuff rather nuanced, but bottom line is, a lot of people are being careless with their words and showing internalized homophobia. it's kinda obvious. you should recognize it and start unlearning it, because... you're probably the same type of gay you're trying to drag.
