So according to my research, the "Ibalik ang ABS-CBN" petition of ABS-CBN was a brainchild of petitioners ABS-CBN Corporation, the ABS-CBN Supervisors Employees Union led by Raul Asis, and the ABS-CBN Rank and FIle Union led by Jon Villanueva. Why did they implement this petition

1) Because of the shocking news from CEO Karlo Katigbak about the retrenchment/lay-off of the employees due to the network's shutdown.
2) To portray their "paawa effect" once more to acquire sympathy to the masses uses celebrities and other personalities as the ingredients.

3) *In my honest opinion* To push forward the franchise hearing to the House of Representatives as they knew about the House Bill 6732 or "ABS-CBN Franchise Bill" of House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano ang 6 other congressmen, including the discussion of violations and labor cases.

So the verdict was they want to trick Filipinos to pursue their purposes in order the network back on air which for me, it will be another DISMAL EPIC FAILURE from the company because FIlipinos are awake now..
