How did Disney do with masks? Poorly. Although the vast majority of guests wore masks, compared to Universal there were lots of people walking around Disney Springs without one. Many with drinks (but not actively drinking) but many with no excuse at all.

And cast members did not seem to care. Below I have highlighted two guests who walked by me with no masks and and one closed water bottle between them. Two security cast members and one custodial cast member watch them walk by without saying anything.

But it is hard to blame the cast when their leadership doesn't care either. Here is Josh D’Amaro, Chairman, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, walking past guests not wearing masks. Both times he looked at them as they walked by but he kept walking and said nothing.
