I used to have this occasional/unintentional habit of creating liturgy for my coven back when I was part of one.
The most memorable one was the phrase that became a regular part of our cakes and ale. one day, it was my turn to do cakes and ale, so as I was blessing the food and drink, I said a few things and concluded, "And let us always remember that we are one and we are of the One."
Other coven members found my whole blessing moving and decided they wanted to use the same words when they next did cakes and ale. So one of them asked me later, "What did you say again?"

I didn't remember. Just the part I quoted in this thread.
I was like, "Look, I was in a mild trance and saying whatever came into my mind at the moment. I generally don't remember what I say under those conditions."

So we sat down and I tried to remember at least the gist of what I said, played with the words a bit, and
suddenly had a new bit of liturgy to use in our rites.
