night asking yourself “what is love and what does it look like? who have i given it to? who has given it to me?” all these questions pertaining to relationships and reflecting on what type of relationships you surround yourself in. this particular relationship on your mind, while

it may not have ended on the best of terms (picking up on you letting your stubbornness cause the friction), you took a lesson from it. as much as you may miss this person, you know you need to continue to grow and you need to allow them to grow. this connection bought you the

answers and growth you deserve, it has pushed you to work through past traumas and healing those pains and working toward growth in self, opening yourself up more, embracing your emotions, finding your trust in self and in others. the end has brought this new beginning, a change

in your life that you are ready to embrace. it may hurt to let go and you may want to reach out, all you need to do is breathe and continue looking forward, no need to step back and try to rebuild something that was only here to help the two of you grow individually. you two may

not be together in this realm but know your souls are still able to love and appreciate one another. this deep love will always be there even if you dont see it physically. breathe and embrace the changes that have come from this connection. you are growing and know that this
