Hey Ashkenazi Jews on Jwitter, where is you family from?
I’m asking this because I want to see if we are possibly related.

My family comes fro Vilkaviškis, Lithuania, Zolochiv, Ukraine, Sokołów Małopolski, Poland, Sanok, Poland Łódź, Poland, Vienna, Austria, and a couple of places in Romania. I only know the areas of Romania they lived in, not the specific towns.

Also if any of y’all are from Romania and are Canadian I’m trying to find my g-grandfather’s brother who he lost during the Shoa. We know my g-grandfather’s brother survived and made it to Canada, but we don’t know more than that.

Because some people will take this to mean anything. I only asked Ashkenazi twitter this so I can see if I’m related anyone, but everyone is free to say where they are from so they can see if they are related to other people.
