I was watching the Larry timeline and it’s so obvious that label/mngmt wanted to milk out the bond between H and L at first.. 2010/2011 they were fully selling this “bromance”.. they knew fans picked it up and they pushed it hard

End of 2011, they brought in E.. just in case.. the bond between H and L was not yet a big problem but plans for breaking through in conservative and homophobic US were on the agenda so they needed a heterosexual image, especially since they were living together

A heterosexual image that’s also settled down for H by bringing in C*roline. We get the thing for older woman. With signing contracts in the US in 2012, their bond isn’t yet a problem but they try to keep it on a low. A staged moving out is necessary and at the end of 2012

We get the thing with T*ylor. She needed to get rid of the perfect squeamish girl image and OneD needed a platform in the US. So letting her date THE womanizer of the band, him coming out of her hotel right away after one night is giving her the image they wanted

And letting him dating THE biggest female star at that time is giving the band the platform they wanted. So far, so good for 2012.. 2013 was a year that they had to keep their bond on a friendship level, especially during promos and interviews..

But it turned out that that wasn’t as easy as said. Fans are picking up more and more a romantic connection and E and the females around H are more and more pushed. End of 2013, Jeff got involved and we got K*ndall..

2014 was a tough year with almost no interaction in front of the cameras and on stage. They tried to imply a “we hate eachother” narrative and E is pushed as hard as can be to create a guilty feeling amongst fans

2015 is still a miracle to me. Because there were signs of coming out. Them being closer again. Interaction was aloud.. we got the stuff with the bears, that was absolutely not unnoticed by their label/mngmt.. so, why? Getting a baby was enough heterosexual image to cover it all?

So they wanted to settle down the bond between them again? Keep it alive? So they can milk it again during their solo careers? Because I’m convinced that they are still milking it. By creating the bisexual image for H.. and they know that a huge part of L’s fandom are L*rries

There is no way that both their teams don’t pick up how much L*rry is still pushed in their solo careers. The boys are doing it for a reason, but so are their teams.. keeping both sides of their fandoms satisfied, right?
