#AcademicTwitter I need your help! @MendeleySupport my Mendeley word plug in is no longer working and my dissertation is due next week! Here is how it started: I tried to change the citation format and I got the runtime error 4248 (see photo)

So I closed everything. Uninstalled the word plug in, shut down my computer, restarted, reinstalled the plugin on word. Still doesn’t work. If I open a new word document and click on the reference tab, I get the error in this photo.

My specs:
OS: macOS Sierra version 10.12.6
Mendeley Desktop - Version 1.19.4
Word for Mac - version 16.12 (180410) and 2011 version 14.7.7 (170905).

Anyone know what to do?
