It& #39;s kinda sad that 13-old me was a lot more creative than me now. I& #39;m talking about fanfiction. Like, the first piece I wrote was an exprementical take on interview about war. Now, I stick more to one, choose scene, some dialogue.
I mean, I got a lot better at writing when it comes to style, etc.,but my ideas are just... Not that interesting or original.
Maybe it is because I want to write something longer, where I could put my idea that I& #39;ve thought over and over, but seeing I& #39;m literally unable to write something that goes past 3 thousand words, probably I won& #39;t write anything I will be really proud of or creative about.
Which is why until someone knows me from my works/I& #39;ve shown them a long time ago, I don& #39;t really put link to them anywhere. I just feel like talking about them, not really showing. (don& #39;t ask why I publish them then, I don& #39;t know)
I had one really long work, smh around 40 thousand words, but I hate it, mostly because it wasn& #39;t made by myself, I was writing with a friend that wanted to focus on shipping stuff.
That killed any love for a story for me. I don& #39;t enjoy writing about ship that much, when there is nothing else. In my opinion, that makes a bad story and this something really should be deleted, but I won& #39;t do it as I don& #39;t want to make her mad or cry.
Now she wants to do something new, but I just don& #39;t wanna. When we& #39;re creating something, we clearly have different goals in mind and she doesn& #39;t enjoy world building until is directly connected with shipping. I find it boring, really, so I hope she stopped nagging me.
I probably shouldn& #39;t have made this thread, but meh, I wanted to share it somehow, so I just hope it isn& #39;t affecting your experience with Twitter >. >... That sounds really weird, huh.
