there is a big difference between "using 24 hour time for just yourself, and people around you use 12 hour time" and "everyone uses 24"

weirdly, there's almost no difference between just you using celsius and everyone using it
I miss american ice cream. They don't have that dreyers stuff here, most stuff here is like, fluffy??? (The US doesn't have magnums, though, so I'm okay with this). Also I miss dominos, swedish pizza is garbagely thin - I grew up near Chicago and I want that deep dish

timezones tend to segregate friend groups quite strongly, but I still feel surprisingly connected to old friends
