4. If you lose access to platforms in a remote location you have no physical way to replace those you are even more vulnerable to dictates digital platforms not less.

5. Having to travel to get essential services doesn& #39;t make you more self reliant, it makes you more vulnerable because you cannot provide those essential services. Fix your car? Your computer? Your electricity? You are not trained to be a terraformer.
6. This illusion will be sold so people embrace the joy of remote work when the reality is that it involves secondary travel as well as a precarious online existence where you live through what your system can provide and less what your skills are. End
