Are you seeing this message when you try to open the 1SE app?

This is a new iOS 13.4.1 and iOS 13.5 bug and not something we& #39;re able to fix on our side. It& #39;s affecting random people and random apps.

Please read this thread for updates on the issue.
We want to make sure your seconds are safe, so please DO NOT delete and re-download the app unless you know all of your seconds have been backed up through a free account(365 days will be backed up) or Pro account(unlimited backup).
A & #39;free account& #39; means you& #39;ve signed up in the app using an email.
