While my written English is near perfect, my accent still has a scent of Panjabi. I can't tell you how many times I got mocked when I first started school after moving to the UK about 5 years ago, by "brown" people. You think the words fob and freshie are funny.

Many brown people's desiness and browness is limited to their skin colour, and it feels "threatened" when they come across someone who is much more cultured. Idk why y'all call yourselves desi, while reserving the words fob and freshie for ACTUAL MOTHERFUCKING DESIS lmfao
