hey, person waiting for upcat results! i hope you& #39;re taking care of yourself. i& #39;ve been there - sleepless nights thinking of results, & the uncertainty of not knowing when results will be out.
especially now, it& #39;s important to take a breather. here& #39;s a thread that may help.

first off, if you& #39;re seeing this twt, you might be looking through the & #39;upcat& #39; tag on twitter. i know it& #39;s tempting, but it might help to take a deep breath to relax yourself. if it super bothers you, try to mute mentions of the exam on social media.
you& #39;ve (hopefully) done your best you could the moment you finished your upcat. your grades, while not a reflection of who you are, should be all in and processed already. everything that needs to be done is done, and up takes their time to process it - but you& #39;ll be okay!
up or not, preferred program/campus or not, your value as a person will NEVER be defined by the results. in fact, it& #39;s what you do after that matters!
if you qualify, then you have 4 years to learn what honor & excellence truly mean. if otherwise, know that up isn& #39;t everything.

if you& #39;re set on up, there& #39;s always a way! request for reconsideration, transfer after a year, or even apply for an associate degree if you& #39;re interested in them. some of the smartest & most successful people i know in up did this, & there are a lot incl me who want to help! <3
