Why Martial has had a better season than Firmino

Martial has 14 goals and assists in 23 games and Firmino has 15 goals and assists in 29 games. Martial gets a goal or an assist every 135 minutes and Firmino gets a goal or an assist every 162 minutes.

Martial gets 0.48 goals per match and Firmino gets 0.28 goals per match.

Martial gets a goal every 171 minutes and Firmino gets a goal every 302 minutes.

Martial has a 68% shooting accuracy compared to Firmino’s 54%.

Martial has a shooting success of 18% compared to Firmino’s 9%.

Martial has missed only 8 big chances this season compared to Firmino’s 19.

Martial also has a higher passing accuracy ( 80.54% ) than Firmino this season ( 79.73% )

The part of Firmino’s game Liverpool fans gas about is his creativity and Firmino’s only created 4 more big chances than Martial, bare in mind Firmino has played around 600 minutes more football and plays for a title winning team.

Enough said rly, Martial’s clearly the better goal scorer, arguably the better passer, plays in a worse team and overall offers more offensively than Firmino.
