anyone want to take a stab? median new social housing building in vienna looks a bit like this.
should be noted these are generally higher quality buildings, conforming to more stringent energy codes - most of what we build in the US would be illegal in cities like bienna or munich
also the developer competitions in vienna generally incentivize a mix of unit types too - so generally a broad diversity of unit types, studio to 3 BRs.
