YES! I'm working out at home, every day.

So I need protien shakes to feed my muscle recovery.

I'm using a heavy fold up travel cot as a barbell:
Plus:-

▪︎ Using a 5 litre bottle of water as a -
dumbbell for bicep curls.

▪︎ Using my 6 year old daughter as a -
live dumbbell for Pec press.

▪︎ 55 sit ups & Russian crunches every
day in the lounge or garden.

▪︎ Or Half hour Resistance Band work.
I'm not missing a day.

There are no excuses - you're just lazy as shit.

A healthy positive MINDSET comes from a healthy body.

Body Right = Mind Right.
