My experience with @Li_Haqqi and how they helped me get my tuition fees transferred (a thread):
I am a student abroad and was facing difficulties since February to be able to transfer my tuition fees from Lebanon to France. My education and stay was threatened due to the fact that the bank wasn't replying or moving forward with my transfer request even with the constant
follow-up. Given the fact that I can't afford a lawyer, I contacted @Li_Haqqi who offered me legal advice and put me in touch with a legal expert who assured that this is my right and that the bank is not implementing BDL decrees. With their support, we sent the bank a Notice
letter and after 5 days, the bank transferred the tuition fees to my university.
