Now posted at The NDN Silver Blog, it's a work perfect for this season of caprice, of elemental forces refusing to be bridled or restrained: http://wingssilverwork.com/beneath-a-freeform-sky/.
The name of the piece is actually "Freeform Skies," a reference to that beautiful, asymmetrical Skystone cabochon: http://wingssilverwork.com/freeform-skies-ring-625/.
In the tweet immediately above, the photo makes the stone look more green; it's actually more the shade of robin's-egg blue shown in the photo at the top of this thread. The webbing is gorgeous, and the blue is perfect.
I do love the stone, but the thing that makes the ring, to me, is the band. It, too, is freeform and asymmetrical, and he cut it entirely freehand, no stencils or forms or guides.

You can see the unique shaping on the underside:
And the surface of the band is all hand-hammered. It shimmers like the surface of a lake in the late spring light:
It's also sizeable. You can order it via the form here: http://wingssilverwork.com/contact/ .

Our full current inventory begins with the menu bars at left here (if they don't show, try turning your device sideways): http://wingssilverwork.com/ .
And some way, somehow, I have got to make some good sales this holiday weekend. We have got to take care of this water situation somehow.
