I wish unity made it easier to define new build targets. e.g. set up like: "Android - phone", "Android - quest", "Android - nreal" and have specific player properties, defines, etc

I can hack a lot of it together with editor scripts but it's a definite place for improvement
This seems to mostly be an issue with android derivative systems? But also I could see using it for when I want to have differences for server and client standalone builds
anyways this thread brought to you by me trying to see how many platforms I can make my prototype run on all at once
