MiG-29s in Libya update: I have checked hi-resolution satellite imagery from the last week of nearly every airport in Haftar's territory, including Al Jufrah Air Base, where the one Fulcrum was spotted in a sat image. No signs of any MiG-29s or major logistical operations..1/X

There were two unlikely bases that did not have a clear image within this timeframe. Also, note that just because nothing is visible doesn't mean they aren't there. We are talking about half a dozen jets or so here, but there was no sign of any other boost in comparative activity

Probably stuffing them in a hardened aircraft shelter, even damaged ones which the majority are, and minimizing visual footprint, would make sense considering the drone war ongoing against his forces. But still, the images show what they show.

I ordered the image of Al Jufrah Air Base, it was taken just hours ago. So it is very near-term.
