Am I misreading or is what this thread says is liking more than one gender is bisexual, when I know it as pansexuality (is this pan erasure?)

My view is that bisexuality means attraction to 2 genders, which do not necessarily have to be males and females.

Pansexuality is attraction to all genders/more than 2?
