On a lighter note. If this parnell universe has time going backwards, do we still exist? Like? "Time" ending would mean that the world has ended, so obviously there is no definite timeliness this universe would be going backwards in. 1/
But, if time is going backwards, then anything I've done would be in reverse, and I'm guessing my midlife point is when those timeliness would line up. BUT I'm also making the self-centered decision that I even EXIST in this reverse time. 2/
Again, if time goes backwards in this universe, there's probably a much higher chance I don't even EXIST because there's no accurate way for the time lines to line up. 3/
But, IF I do exist in this universe, I could easily be 8 or 100 years old. My last confusion is, let's say I do exist and I am the same age. If I'm doing everything in reverse, that means I'm typing this tweet in reverse. 4/
5/ meaning by the time I finish this tweet, this tweet won't exist in the parnell universe. I've had too much time to think about this, not enough courage to reach out to people and rant to them about this, and not enough motivation to research it myself. 5/
Also, I'm not dogging on anyone who believes in the parrell universe timeline they exist. Obviously there's such limited information we have to go with what we presumably know. I'm just SO confused behind the rules and science and logic of it all. 6/
This is like when I try to think about the butterfly effect because if one change in the past effects the future, how would anyone in the present know to change it "back" to normal if we've never known anything else. 7/
Even the time-traveler wouldn't be able to fix it because whatever they did in the past would effect their present. It's never made sense to me that you can change something in the past, come back to your timeline, and suddenly you've changed election results or whatever. 8/
I feel like all that would happen is you'd create a separate timeline, like on that episode of Community where Ahbed acknowledges that rolling the dice creates 6 different timelines, but NOT rolling the dice keeps them in their current timeline. 9/
