After having analysed available info this is what may have happened
1. Late capture of ILS, unstable approach and baulked landing by First Officer especially with more angle of bank than allowed therefore engine touch, may be left first, then right

2. Capt initiated Go Around
3. May be engine touched more than once on the asphalt
4. Engine started ingesting FOD
5. Enough power not achieved that's why unable to maintain height
6. Calm winds could have done reciprocal elected to continue

10. Fell further short and crashed

You can see clearly undercarriage was down
Controller was expecting these calls & suggested belly landing since he saw the engine touch and 🔥 works on the runway
There was no gear issue as inferred through RT call #RIP
Here is damaged engine underside, RAT extended and Aircraft cleaned up (undercarriage and flaps up)

7. Capt on controls tried to cut corners raise gear and flaps (Refer photo)
8. Declared MAYDAY controller showed no surprise it was as if he was expecting it, he said "will you be doing belly landing" when Capt said he lost engines again controller expected it

9. Capt tried to bring the plane back with engine gone
8. He eyeballed the glide took the undercarriage (may be using gravity lowering method) this was shade early may be
9. They were heading short, he tried to reach by raising nose
