1. Timing matters:
I've recently watched @FreddyFortune_ new video course (affiliate link later below).
He talks about when he receives the most *link clicks* in his tweets and it got me thinking.

2. Different timing for different things:
First up, I want to say that the best moment to tweet is not set in stone.
+ Your audience is unique
+ Your "engagement partners" are from different time zones
The combination of these two factors makes timing hard to identify.

3. North America first:
When I first started tweeting, I've had most reactions in the afternoon & evenings of the NA time zones.
Which means for me here in Europe, peak engagements were around 3am.
But the more followers I got, this changed a lot.
Why?

4. Who the hell is reading now:
So I have no clue what exactly the demographic of my followers is.
If you'd like introduce yourself, I'd honestly love to meet every single one of you

5. Simple Timing Rules:
What I've realized is this:
Your Tweets = Time zone of your followers.
Your Replies = Time zone of the person you're replying to.
THIS IS IMPORTANT!

6. Your Tweets:
This is an obvious one. You should tweet during the times when your followers are most active.
How to know this? Simple: Test it out!
+ Schedule 8 tweets over the course of 24 hours.
+ They should all be similar in content & format.
+ Compare engagements

7. Your Replies:
This is where it gets interesting...
You want to reply to an account's tweet when HIS/HER followers are most active.
If it's a big account, they probably have their timings already figured out.
What this means is that you want to reply EARLY.

8. Why should you care?
We can't all be on Twitter 24/7.
For most of us this is still a side hustle and doesn't pay all our bills.
By identifying your best timings to tweet & reply, you work more efficiently.

9. Video course:
If you're still reading now, you're one of the few who is serious about Twitter marketing.
As I mentioned in the intro, Freddy's video course got me thinking about my tweet timings like this.
His 45 min video covers a lot more
