1. Junubin, the two images are of two different places! Sharing them together in the intent of stating they are the same is inaccurate and misinformation. Follow the thread to see why.
2. In the image below, is the road that the Shandong Hi-Speed construction company used for the experimental phase of the asphalt pavement construction. The company used only 380 meters as an case study. Meaning the rest is of the highway is just gravel road.

3. We are yet to confirm that this is part of the Juba-Rumbek Highway. However for the sake of this thread we will assume it is.
4. The rest of the road has still not been completed, therefore, it is still gravel road. Gravel has the strong possibility of being washed away when it rains (which is what you see in the image below). However, the issue is the drainage system installed.
5. So, stating that the two images of the same place is inaccurate.
