I actually had the second option happened to me 2 days ago while researching sources for my assignment, and being an Internet Comms student, Web Developer and the fam& #39;s tech support, I know for a fact that this message screams that someone is snooping over your internet activity

which is very creepy and unsafe.

So, since it was an annoying thing to see in that area everyday, I went on Google to see how to remove the message. Luckily I saw a YouTube tutorial and how to delete it and turns out, IT WAS MALWARE (another form of a computer virus).

In order to delete this, RT THIS THREAD AND WATCH THESE TUTORIALS TO SAVE A LIFE.
