Hartman was much less afraid to thread the needle in 2019. This is what happens when he gives his receivers a chance.
This is the pocket presence we saw a lot more of in Hartman’s small window in 2019 than in his freshman year.
Hartman however still missed some easy throws last year which held kept from getting that the next level. Here is an example.
I’ll end this thread with another good downfield ball for Hartman. Hinton makes a nice adjustment but Hartman put it where only he can get it.
