The moral logic of electoral lesser evilism only works when you can believe (rightly or not) that the lesser evil improves things (even slightly) while in power, mitigating the damage done by the greater evil so that, once back in power, the greater evil is making up lost ground.

Unfortunately, these days, the reality is that, on aggregate, the so-called lesser evil simply moves society towards barbarism slightly more slowly. Obama wasn't Trump but he led to Trump.

That means that when you vote for Obama or Biden you are voting for the continuance of a system which moves inexorably towards barbarism. You are just voting for it to move slowly, to stagger the process with periods where it looks professional and pretends to be nice.

Biden is barbarism with brunch breaks for liberals.
