1. Visit Westminster City Council’s website here https://idoxpa.westminster.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=makeComment&keyVal=Q54UPMRPFSO00 or search for application reference number 20/00726/FULL

2. Scroll down to ‘Login and make a comment’ and click ‘register here’ and ‘sign up now’ – you will need to use an e-mail address, create a password and receive a verification code.
3. Once you have created an account, Login using your details

4. Complete the form to make a comment selected ‘support’ on the stance section and leave comment (see below).
5. Click Submit

You should send comments that support the need for a new Mosque in the area, some suggested comments are below:

• "There is a shortage in praying facilities in this area. We often have to pray in hallways, stairwells and the streets"
• “There are no praying facilities for females in this area. This is urgently required!”

• “This is a great application, providing a new prayer space for Muslims living and working in the West End were there is currently a significant shortfall of space”
