Society has advanced passed the need for SAT’s or any type of standardized testing that directly impacts anyone’s future in a potentially negative way.
Society is just too afraid to admit that those with actual skills and trade experience who might not be able to score an average SAT score are actually more valuable than most of your top achievers
And let’s not even get started about the way teachers in school overlook these students. I wish I’d spoken up back then, but here I sit in mountains of private college debt while many of these students are already excelling in their skillset. So who really “won”?
Moral of this thread: intelligence does not have anything to do with test scores and the mindset that test scores are the epitome of your intelligence is expired.
