The challenge: those with a job and full-time “real life” (family, friends, hobbies) will need to make space in their day for active participation in a DAO.

My answer? The best place to start a DAO is in a community that was already committed to decentralized governance. Folks that affirmatively want to participate actively, but are finding it difficult.
These groups are out there; it is the task of DAO supporters to show the way.
