I& #39;ve been juggling some heavy life things long before covid and what& #39;s helped me in the last year has been writing a list of things that I want to accomplish to start my day. Not specific to work, sometimes I write down I want to stretch during a sunrise at the park.

In the beginning, I would waste my day dwelling on where I should even write the list haha.
I& #39;ve found that I& #39;m 100% a morning person and that writing my lists as I walk my dog outside, early morning when it& #39;s silent and the sun gets to shine on everything unobstructed is just
