I've been juggling some heavy life things long before covid and what's helped me in the last year has been writing a list of things that I want to accomplish to start my day. Not specific to work, sometimes I write down I want to stretch during a sunrise at the park.
Tbh I spiral mostly
I get fixated on mostly trivial things and other times life things I can't change, but I'm glad I found something that helps me recenter. In the beginning, I would waste my day dwelling on where I should even write the list haha.

I've found that I'm 100% a morning person and that writing my lists as I walk my dog outside, early morning when it's silent and the sun gets to shine on everything unobstructed is just
