Universities doing distance learning, STOP using proctoring services that make students:

Get up with their computer and walk around taking a video of the room where they're taking the exam at home, even under their furniture.

It is:
Invasive
Demeaning
Unnecessary
Ridiculous

I don't care how much you think this prevents cheating, you have no right to their personal space.
You don't know the living situation of the student, and having to do that every single time is a complete waste of time.

The point of education is learning, not controlling.

Not that me typing a tweet is going to make them change, so I'm definitely going to rock the boat.

Imagine me, a grown woman who pays thousands for her education after working her back off to achieve those goals... on the floor recording under furniture cause of some professor.

Take note, because this is what norm calls being "Too difficult" when you stand your ground and don't allow others to control every aspect of your life.
