I am not questioning Prof. Glenda Gray& #39;s credentials & achievements. No Sir. She& #39;s legendary. At the same time I won& #39;t stand here & pretend as if she didn& #39;t mess up. Nope. She lied. That& #39;s an undisputable fact. And she& #39;s not above criticism just as all of us mere mortals.
When Covid-19 hit us, I saw many White people questioning Dr. Mkhize & Dlamini-Zuma& #39;s qualifications. Yes, they are qualified doctors. It goes back to the very same nonsense that Blacks have to "punch above their weight". We& #39;re not privileged as Blacks. Not at all.
We always, & I mean ALWAYS, have to prove our worth. That time there are so many obstacles set in front of us...so many hurdles. We don& #39;t start life on an equal footing. No. White people remain at an advantage.
If this offends you as a White person, you& #39;re exactly who I& #39;m addressing. The private sector in RSA, where the money is, is not run by Blacks. Never ever ever. How do I know? I so happen to have bene there for 18 years.
Everything is set in such a way that for you, as a Black person, to even reach middle management, you& #39;ll go through hell. You& #39;ll go through a process that drains you mentally, emotionally & physically. Witchcraft.
There is no ways in hell that we should not call it as it is. It is racism. I& #39;ve lived it. A se nna le 2000. I& #39;ve experienced racism through my life. No, I& #39;m not bitter. All I ask for is for some of you to be fair in how you criticise government. Go beyond race. Be open.
I& #39;d respect that everyday. Don& #39;t be pretentious. If you& #39;re openly racist & not hiding behind a mask & an alias, I& #39;d respect that. But some here use lies to be monsters online then claim, "I have 3 Black friends." That time they can& #39;t even say Mahlangu.
Gray was wrong. Very wrong. You fuckers would have blown your top if it was a Black person. You judged Mkhize because of his skin colour before anything else. It& #39;s a fact.
