Ukodo will always be a hit. Ever since Queen @Laurettaoluokun mentioned it. I’ve been making different versions of Ukodo at the slight drop of rain.

I got creative with my soft plantain—I made plantain Massa, fried rice and Crispy chicken(first attempt I’d admit was a near disaster). 😁
Speaking of Crispy chicken, I dug in and got creative with my own recipe and retried it. Got to have that KFC standard type yeah.

Came out great and must say I had to make more for fam and friends upon request. Isolation can’t stop us. 😉

I wanted my own twist to Cajun rice, so I used Ofada rice, topped with shredded smoked chicken, veggies—pan-fried in unsalted butter.
I must admit I was proud of myself after making this meal combo.

My friends thought getting the sauce was going to be tricky—alas! It was a breeze. Been years I had Ewa Agoyin.
