Unfortunately population data on transmission from children to adults is lacking as it is not the children that are a concern it is their parents and teachers. I base this on risk & disease severity and not a dislike of children. I love my kids v much but I am not worried 2/3
about them going to school. In fact they have been doing so ever since lockdown. The report does emphasise; which I would agree with; that schools reopening should be a local decision and not by the UK govt & based on number of infections locally & not a national R target!. 3/3
