In Kagbeni we stayed in Hotel Dragon while going up to Lomangthan and while coming down to Jomsom.

Kagbeni is also an important Hindu site for Pinda daan and death rituals.

The famous #Muktinath temple is about 15 km, now blacktopped road. At 3710 meter above sea level, it is believed to be hundreds of year old.

We saw some construction work on the way to upper mustang. The same road goes to Koro La boarder point between Nepal and Tibet (China).
