If we want to be taken seriously by The Chancellor, by industry at large going forward and to convince the narrow minded that The Arts are not just a hobby... Surely it’s time to think about not pouring our heart and soul into online content that we are giving away for free?
We’re only two months into what may be many more months with no live theatre. If we continue to perform for free, do we risk de-valuing our craft in the long run? We are still paying for Netflix, music etc but singing/playing for free.
