First was suing over being called a fake farmer. Only CA suit, withdrawn.

Finally @washingtonpost and the journo @shaneharris, for doing his job writing about what #DevinSuesEverybody said + did.

The @CNN suit is the first one to have a change of venue, despite none of the cases having any connection to Virginia. @Twitter case lost…

…that motion to move to California, where it actually belongs. The @mcclatchy case allowed limited discovery only to determine if there was enough there there to have the case heard in Virginia.

All the cases are federal except @Twitter, + all in VA except @esquire. That's Iowa

Also #FusionGPS was dismissed with a Rule 11 (don't file frivolous shît) warning and wouldn't ya know, #DevinSuesEverybody filed it again last month. It's mostly the same case but he dropped the nonprofit @Accountable_Org as a defendant this time.

CORRECTION: @mcclatchy suit is also Virginia not Federal, filed in Albemarle County Court. The @Twitter suit is filed in Henrico County.

Not only is Nunes forum shopping, he + Biss trying to avoid judges seeing the pattern of vexatious litigation. But #EDVA seems to be on it.
